Webkeeper
Our webkeeper team provides exceptional customer service to our small business owner clients. We prioritize candidates with good experience in:
- Thriving in a customer service environment
- Problem solving with clear outcomes
- Communicating well both internally and with clients
- Continual improvement in themselves and their work
- Front-end website development including ecommerce and content management systems like WordPress,
- Managing third-party integrations, payment systems, scheduling tools, and multi-vendor web environments
- High volume activity levels with frequent task changes (we work in 15-minute increments)
- Being accountable to yourself, your team, and your clients
